| PAYMENTS AND SHIPPING
UPS is normally the quickest and cheapest
method of shipment for our parts. Please make sure that we have your
correct street address (No P.O. Boxes) and zip code to eliminate delays and
possibly returned merchandise. UPS delivery covers the lower 48 states
as well as Alaska, Hawaii, and numerous international locations. Fed
Ex is our shipped of choice for international destinations. Orders
shipping outside the United States must be paid for in full prior to
merchandise shipping. If your order is too large to too heavy to meet
normal requirements or limitations, we will have to ship the parts truck
freight. Please do not send currency or stamps. The best and
quickest way to receive your parts is to send a Postal Money Order, bank
draft, certified check, or over the phone with a Visa, Mastercard, or
Discover credit card with a valid expiration date. Your mail carrier
will buy you a Post Office money order if you live on a rural route.
California residents and will call customers, please add 7.25% sales tax to
all orders

| CORRECT ADDRESS
To ensure you receive your parts as quickly as
possible, include your correct street and address number, apartment,
trailer, building, or space number as required, city, state and zip code.
UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes.

| CLAIMS
Damaged or lost goods are the sole
responsibility of the carrier. Title of merchandise passes to customer
on delivery to common carrier. All parts should be thoroughly
inspected upon arrival to ensure every parts is in good working order.
All claims must be filed by the customer through the carrier. We are
not responsible for claim services. Upon carrier approval, refunds and/or
exchanges will then be carried out.

| WARRANTY
CALMINI Products, Inc. guarantees that all of
its parts are of the finest quality and free from manufacturing defects.
Any product that we feel has been manufactured incorrectly or is of a
defective nature will be repaired or replaced at our sole discretion.
ALL WARRANTIES ARE VOID IF THE PRODUCT IS SUBJECT TO
ABUSE, CRASH DAMAGE, IMPROPER INSTALLATION, OR MODIFICATION OF ANY KIND.
All parts not manufactured by CALMINI Products, Inc. are subject to
the manufacturer's own warranty policy. We cannot be responsible for
other manufacturer's products. All questionable products to be covered under
warranty must be returned for in-house inspection and part fitment
adjustment. We are not responsible for any shipping cost to our
facility. CALMINI is also not responsible for any fees associated with
installation, removal of parts, alignment costs or any other fees for
services rendered to the customer. All costs are the responsibility of
the consumer and we accept no responsibility whatsoever for these fees.

| RETURNS
We cannot and will not accept any returned
goods without prior approval and a returned good authorization number (RGA).
There is a 20% restocking fee charged on any returned items that are not
defective or shipped in error. We are not in the parts rental
business. If you are dissatisfied with ANY CALMINI product your
receive please call the sales office directly and we will work will you to
right the situation. All returns are sent freight pre-paid, we are not
responsible for freight on returned items. All sales are
non-refundable after 30 days. CALMINI is not responsible for any import
taxes and fees (customs/duties) for entering shipments or returns. This is
the responsibility of the end user (customer).

| BACKORDER POLICY
All backorders are held until products comes
into stock or the order is cancelled by the original order placer. We will
not cancel any backorder for any reason. If you do not wish to keep an
open backorder, please notify the salesperson at the time of ordering.

| PARTS AVAILABILITY
Many of the parts found within our website and
product offering are manufactured in our specialized shop. A few of
the parts are made in small quantities per placed orders due to limited
sales of specialized high performance parts. Sometimes we miss our
projected forecast on a newly released part or run out of a certain part.
Other parts that we distribute are manufactured in large factories.
These larger manufacturers are also subject to manufacturing delays.
Supplying a large range of specialized parts such as ours is not an easy
task. If parts were readily available, you could pick them up at your
local auto parts store. They aren't and you can'! Please bear
with us as we work to keep our parts in stock and continue to push the
envelope of off-road performance parts for the specialized product line.

| FOREIGN ORDERS
We accept foreign orders daily via
sales@calmini.com . All foreign
orders must be paid in full via bank wire or certified bank issued check or
money order only. We do not accept credit cards from billing address located
outside of the United States. For a freight quote or any other
questions regarding an international order, please email the sales office
directly: sales@calmini.com .

accept any responsibility for any typographical errors whether in pricing or
